Kindness

People today are surprised when people treat them kindly and extend them favors without asking anything in return…

I normally prepare my powerpoint presentation in most of my subjects I teach… for those who do their ppt… they know that creating the slides, animating them + encoding the text are truly laborious… It is understandable that people simply do not share the ppt…

But in my case, I share my work with my fellow language teachers… Those whom I shared my work/s find it intriguing that I can easily share my ppt-prepared lessons…

What motivates me to be kind are these verses:

Galatians 6:9a -Let us not lose heart in doing good.

Philippians 2:3-7 - Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.

Philippians 4:4-8 - Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your forbearing spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things.

I John 3:19 - We love, because He first loved us.

Hebrews 13:1-2 - Let love of the brethren continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.
